Week 1: Sacred Heart Enumclaw & St. Louise - Monday

We started the day by participating in immagration activities where we learned about the realities of migration. We learned that immigration is less of a choice than we think. Later in the day we went to a migrant camp called Sunrise camps. Here we did arts and crafts with the little kids and played a competitive game of dodgeball with the older kids. We learned they can throw the ball really hard. Next we went to local grocery stores and tabled. This means we asked for donations for the food bank that we are holding on Wednesday. Throughout the day we had reflections about immigration which opened our eyes on how much of a challenge it is to become a citizen and the other struggles they have to face spiritually. -Agape Youth

Thank you so much for your donations today! The foodbank would not be possible without the support of your donations. Check back here on Thursday to see how many families we were able to serve with your help! -Agape Staff
