Week 6: St. Catherine's and St. Joseph's - Thursday

Today we celebrated our accomplishment of serving others in the migrant community. This morning we went to mass at Assumption church and prayed for all the migrant workers. we had fun swimming and celebrating putting ourselves in others foot steps for the week. one last time we helped the kids at sunrise migrant camp by putting on a barbecue and hanging out with our new friends. we played with them and made them feel welcome in our lives.we savored our time with the kids because we knew that some of them were moving away and might never being be coming back, we might not see them again. Saying goodbye was hard we were all sad to leave our friends, but we hope to keep a connection with them. We headed back to Sacred Heart and had our final reflections, and the Agape Staff surprised us with a fun a treat and a dace Party. Agape has been a great learning experience for us all and we will continue to live out what we learned into our everyday lives.
